Role: Application Support (Database, Web and Thick Client)
Minimum Experience: 3 years
Support all online application deployments, configuration, and troubleshooting support ensuring 24/7 uptime.
Conduct ongoing troubleshooting and testing of web applications to resolve all reported issues with applications.
Work with infrastructure and application vendors in proactively reviewing, updating, and resolving customer cases assigned to Level 2 support.
Work with ticketing systems to respond to issues and queries.
Operational support for generation of relevant data files, reports, prints etc. in daily operations.
Take support calls from L1 support team & Business users.
Coordinate with vendor & Business user for new developments & issues in broking backoffice application.
Environment: Will be working mostly in Microsoft Technologies like MSSQL, .NET, Windows Servers, IIS6-7. Experience on MSSQL should be more than
Should have understanding of broking back office operations & depository.
Would be good if resource has some understanding on CLASS backoffice & CLASS Demat application developed by Market Place.
