IIFL is hiring for potential candidates for our Customer Service Home Loans Business.
1. Manage inbound and outbound calls.
2. Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
3. Act as their first point of contact for the firm and Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
4. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
5. Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
6. Also, walk through our customers to the whole sales process. Essential Requirements:
1. Graduate in any stream.
3. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
2. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 3,00,000 P.A.
