1. Servicing walk-in customers in branch. Resolving customer's queries/disputes related to Home loan within TAT.
2. Co-ordinating with internal teams, following up on various requests raised by the customers and providing end to end resolution.
3. Providing Home loan related statements/payment schedule etc.
4. Accepting Part payments/EMI payments from customers and uploading the same in system.
5. Retaining customers who visit branch for foreclosure of loan.
6. Verifying the list of documents and handing over original property papers to customers post closure of loan.
7. Retrieval and re-submission of Share Certificate post name transfer of customer.
8. Raising Zoho tickets/tasks, maintaining MIS, scanning and filing customer's documents/request letters.
8. Following up on pending PMAY subsidy cases for resolution.
9. Promoting digitalisation by educating customers about services available on IIFL app
