Experience: (3 to 8 years) Candidate must be from Broking industry and shud have knowledge about IFA Channel and Mutual Funds, Should be NISM or AMFI certified.
Completely into B2B sales of Mutual Funds, PMS and all Asset Management & Wealth Management products.
1 . Acquisition of New IFAs in IIFL system for B2B sales which needs to be continuous and ongoing process .
2. Market Focused product like MF , PMS, AIF , Structured Products , Company Fixed Deposits, Bonds , NCDs, IPO, Structured Products, Life Insurance, General Insurance , Home loans , loan against property, loan against shares though B2B Channel sales .
3. Activate IFAs thought regular knowledge sessions to empower them to build sizable Aum with IIFL across products.
4. Conduct regular Business opportunity presentation for prospective IFAs .
5. Liaison with AMC RM, FD Issuers , Product Teams for Product Presentations to IFAs .
6. Joint calls with IFAs and support in business development of IFAs though Activities and Investor Education Programmes .
7. Achieve Business Targets on Mobilisation and IR( Internal Revenue ) though B2B Channel .
8. Build strong Relationship with IFAs for them to give IIFL allocation across products offerings .
9. Train and Support IFAs for to go paperless MF Transactions though IIFL MF Insta and MF Online Platform .
10. Build Sizable AUM Book In MF Equity and Long term Debt though IFAs through Lumpsum and SIP Book for long term .
11. Train Non AMFI Certified IFAs to AMFI Certification for Building there MF AUM with IIFL .
