1.Sales for DEMAT & Trading A/c opening process
2.Responsible for collating Margins on account & Selling Mutual Funds
3.Maintain client relationship and provide them best service.
4.To ensure quality parameters are met and TAT to respond to the customer is maintained.
5.To ensure that the defined productivity targets on service levels, quality parameters are met consistently.
6.To ensure complete and accurate resolution within the defined TATs.
