Responsible for achieving Cross Selling products of the region and maintaining relation with Cross selling Peers to ensure smooth implementation of process..
Selecting competent resources and ensure the staffing level as per the norms.
Opening of new Branches as per the potential of the region.
Responsible for over all administration of regions and do periodic visit to all the branches of the region.
Ensure cost effective fund management among branches with in the region.
Ensure the gold loan SOP to be followed and inculcated in branch operations.
Ensuring adherence to laid down instructions with regard to conduct of business and administration by branches
Reviewing Audit reports for the region and take necessary action.
Liaison with local bodies and enforcement bodies.
Periodic events to be programmed for the business promotion to create brand equity for IIFL.
Conducting Periodic training Programme for development of the staff to take additional responsibilities.
