Â· Handling and control of Branch Operations from regional office for IIFL Branches of Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh and Rajasthan locations.
Â· Taking care of Audit and Compliance parameters as prescribed by organization and implementation the same at branches.
Â· Supervising all administrative activities like branch back office work, maintenance and record keeping of office.
Â· Handling overall forecasting, budgeting, procurement, distribution and consumption of resources.
Â· Developing budgets & annual plans to manage facilities as per organisational needs & parameters.
Â· Handling bills of various vendors and ensuring smooth payments for the same
Â· Directing the development and implementation of key purchase strategies and ensuring that plans are aligned with project requirements.
Â· Ensuring optimum inventory levels for achieving cost savings without hampering the project process and preparing reports for the same.
Â· Developing & implementing security policies for ensuring ongoing maintenance of security.
