-Handling the appointment, management and servicing of Direct Market associates and,
-Promoting the financial services products.
-Managing and motivating all primary agents to meet transaction, revenue and distribution plans as well as appointing fresh primary agents.
-Effective Management of Customer Relation Operations and ensuring maximum
-Customer Satisfaction by providing timely clarification of queries.
-Coordinating with key corporates, high-net worth client and major accounts for smooth business operations and accomplishment of targets.
-Mentoring, motivating and guiding team members ensuring sales - business generation and achieving budgeted figures.
-Training team members and subordinates to develop requisite skills; conducting trainings on products, selling skills, lead prospecting, and closing skills
-Responsible for handling CV Finance/Refinance business
-Taking care of dealership point .
-Responsible for higher penetration in strategic segment.
-Direct relationship with prominent dealership of the market in the related segment.
-Understanding the Needs of the Team and resolve team issues to attain the highest output of the employees mapped to him
