Managing relationship with acquired customers
To constantly engage with customers to identify their talent and express needs on non equity products and position company offerings to the them.
To ensure constant dissemination of product information and features of all new third party products Shifting / Introducing own HNI Offline Equity Clients to the Company's Platform.
Generate large volumes on equity & derivative terminal from self-Introduced Clients
Equity Advisory (Advice client on equity markets buy stock).
Responsible for Aquiring Clients (Retail /HNI clients )
Responsible for sourcing Demat account , sales of Mutual fund
Responsible for achieving targets based on acquisition and revenue generation through equity
Responsible for cross selling products like Insurance, Mutual funds, PMS etc to the existing set of customers and building depth within the existing relationships
Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required
Asset Under Management(AUM)
Candidates with prior experience of acquiring, managing and servicing Ultra High / High Net worth Clients (Min Investment of Rs. 25 Lakhs and above) across all asset classes in a Broking/Private bank/wealth management set up
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -
Acquisition of HNI clients by tracking Affluent & Super Affluent Client segment in the market for new client acquisition.
Managing client relationship and generate AUM from preferred clients.
Advising Affluent clients on their Investments and managing their overall financial portfolio and deepening the wallet from existing clients
To research, investigate and update them on available investment opportunities/financial market trend to determine whether they fit into clients portfolios.
To coordinate with product and research team for taking investment decision for the clients as per their financial requirement.
To conduct and assist in organizing seminars, workshops and other business development activities.
Required Candidate profile
Experience: 2 to 15 Years
Minimum Graduate with atleast 2 years of Experience in Investment Products.
Ready to do Individual Sales
Should be from Banking / Broking / Insurance industry / Wealth will be preferred for this position.
Should have good oral and written communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
