Job Description is as follows :-
o Managing HR function & operations for employees across North.
o Coordination with talent acquisition team in employee onboarding.
o Employee code management, employee mapping changes etc.
o Background verification of new joinees.
o Opening salary bank accounts of employees.
o Employee relations, queries/grievances management, disciplinary actions etc.
o Taking care of Medical/ Accident insurance of all the employees and ensuring insurance claims of employees are being settled timely.
o Assist employees in filling the PF forms and guide them through the process to withdraw or transfer the PF amount.,
o Employee attendance records, transfers, PIP, warning, termination etc.
o Weekly reports, monthly reports & Various attrition reports & other HR reports.
o Employee exit formalities.
