We are hiring Customer care Executive, Gold Appraiser, Branch Managers for our current as well as new gold loan branches across Western Line Locations.
Interview details are mentioned below :
Venue : IIFL Shop no 1 and 2 , Shree park CHS, Opp Dmart - near SBI , Mirabhayander Road.
Time : 10 A.M.- 2 P.M.
Day : 17th October 2018
1. To ensure 100% right valuation - capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction etc.
2. Adhering to high ethical standards and comply with all the laid down processes / policies - KYC adherence, maintaining all important registers etc.
3. To provide high quality customer service, prompt resolution of queries pre & post loan disbursal.
4. Supporting branch staff in business development activities & helping to achieve branch targets. Customer Care Executive
1. Attending walkin customers & resolve product (Gold Loan) related queries.
2. New customer acquisition, improve client retention, analyzing their needs and offer services accordingly.
3. Ensuring the overall hygiene factors of the branch.
4. Follow up for interest collection and NPA reduction.
5. Responsible for generating references & cross selling through walk in customers.
1. Incumbent will be responsible for managing the book & increasing the profitability of assigned Gold Loan Branch.
2. Direct all branch level operational activities including business development, customer service & overall administration.
3. Assessing local market conditions to identify current & prospective opportunities for new customer acquisition.
4. Maintaining the quality of portfolio by tracking & controlling the threshold IRR.
5. Ensuring strong follow up for interest collections to keep NPAs in control & thereby achieving higher revenue.
6. Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all the laid down processes to ensure high Audit score.
7. Bring out the best of branches personnel by requisite training, coaching, development & motivation.
Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 3,50,000 P.A.
